This way, you'll have all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
2. Pre-treatment Profile:
Once you decide to proceed with Invisalign, we'll take several photographs of your face, smile, and teeth from different angles. X-rays will also be taken to ensure there are no underlying issues before starting the treatment. A comprehensive dental examination and cleaning appointment will be conducted as well to prepare for the Invisalign placement.
3. iTero Scanning:
Dentudio Dentists offers advanced iTero Scanning services, allowing us to show you a 3D simulation of the final result of your completed Invisalign treatment. This cutting-edge technology replaces traditional sticky alginate trays and is much more comfortable for patients. You can have this done during your examination or Invisalign consultation.
4. Preparatory Work:
Before we deliver the initial alignment trays, your teeth may require minor adjustments, which will be included in your overall treatment planning.
5. Wearing Trays:
Throughout the treatment, you will wear a new set of aligners approximately every 1-2 weeks, taking them off only for eating, drinking, and cleaning. Each time you switch to a new aligner, your teeth will gradually move. We'll schedule regular visits with your dentist every 4-5 weeks to monitor the progress of your treatment.
6. Completion:
Once you've finished using all the invisible aligners, we'll provide you with retainers at no extra cost. Retainers are essential to maintain the new, healthier alignment of your teeth.
Who is suitable for Invisalign?

In certain situations, patients may require composite resin tags attached to the surface of their teeth to aid the clear aligners in gripping and moving them effectively. Not every patient needs these resin tags, and they are made from the same material as white fillings, ensuring easy and comfortable attachment and removal.
